Rivera leads Binghamton over Mansfield (AP)
D.J. Rivera, playing in his first game since transferring from Saint Joseph's, had 28 points and 10 rebounds to lead Binghamton to an 80-62 victory over Mansfield on Monday night. The Bearcats (1-0) shot 52 percent from the field but went just 16-of-37 from the free throw line to keep the Division II Mounties within striking distance.
